I finally added myself to NOT JUST A LABEL a really great world directory for discovering and supporting pioneers in contemporary fashion. It's inspiring and daunting to browse all the talent out there. Have a cup of coffee and take a look. You can even purchase from some of the designers, pieces you might never find in a Canadian store.
