My dear buddy LAUREL gave me this beautiful silver ring she made. It was my birthday present from last week (twenty-eight!). Her jewelry is not available online yet but maybe if we all bug her enough she will start an online shop (hint hint). I adore all her work and I love square rings. It hasn't left my hand since last week and I don't expect it to any time soon.
The pattern stamped on it is made from a cuttlefish!
Some Brazilian leather flats I got in a charity thrift shop for $1!! These kind of shops only exist in small mountain towns (I'm in British Columbia with my BFF) AND the red flannel shirt was free, which has really helped me blend in a little here. lol.
